Caleb was so amazing! He came out and helped us with our septic inspection when we were selling our house. He explained the process and costs before he started work. Very personable efficient service. On time for the appointment to drain & inspect my septic tank, explained exactly what they were going to do, provided before and after pictures then emailed invoice, pictures and inspection report to me. Very pleased on the service and highly recommend!!

What a great experience! I’ve always used Express Septic when my septic gets backed up and I thought it did again today…. James came out to our house within 3 hours of calling assessed the issues and decided it wasn’t a septic issue this time. James wanted to show appreciation for my loyalty so he waived the trip fee (he felt bad because he had only been at my house for about 5 minutes) Thank you guys so much!

I called them on a late Friday afternoon, fully expecting to have to wait till Monday but they took my call and were there within about 1-1/2hrs. They dug up the septic lid and found/fixed the problem. Great guys (James and Derek) had to replace the baffle with a large one all on a late Friday afternoon/evening.
I know who I'm calling next time!!
